It's all over!

My exams are finally done with! I finally start having a life again! :D

Yesterday I had my last exam! :) I don't have to worry about them anymore! Yippee!

I was going to celebrate yesterday, but the rest of yesterday - even after the exam - was rather rotten. Here's why.

First, I probably failed my exam; it didn’t go very well. Then I lost my phone. I think it might have fallen out of my pocket when I was at the vending machine. I went looking for it everywhere and I couldn't find it; it's gone. So now I can't phone home.  And then I was supposed to be going into town to meet Fozzy, my boyfriend (don't ask why he calls himself Fozzy; he won't tell me. It sounds like there's an interesting story behind it though!) at Pizza Hut, where he'd spent the whole day revising (because he gets the buffet and the drinks are on free refills, so he can eat and eat and eat while revising, and it’s cheap!). We were going to go and see Underworld. But of course, because I'd lost my phone I couldn't arrange where to meet him, so I thought “I'll just go to Pizza Hut; he'll still be there; he likes pizza.” I finally make it into town at 4:30 and guess what: he's not there! So then I thought “There's another Pizza Hut somewhere in town, he's probably there. I'll see if I can find it.” I spent the next hour wandering all the way around Hull trying to find this other Pizza Hut, unsuccessfully (it turns out it's actually miles away) before eventually giving up and walking all the way out of town again to his house, where I borrowed his housemate's phone and rang him to see where he was. It turned out he'd left Pizza Hut at 3:30 and gone to the pub instead. And somehow he managed to twist it round and make it all my fault, simply because I hadn't been answering the phone (because I'd lost it!), when he's the one who hadn't been where he'd said he'd be! And he'd also complained to everyone and their dog when I 'stood him up', which makes me sound really mean! Grr!

But I always like to try and find something good in every day, and in this case it was randomly running into my friend Kyle on the way down, who I haven’t seen since before Christmas, and seeing Richard E. Grant when I was in town. Or someone who looked like him anyway. He had Withnail’s coat and hair.

Today has been a much better day though. I still haven't found my phone, but I went to Asda, where they have the most incredible selection of cheeses, and later on I'm going out (celebrating!) to Sharkey's for the most delicious cocktails in all the world. It's half-price night, and I have vouchers, so I can get three drinks for about £3.50. ;D

Yay!
