I'm back from Annapolis and Ft. Dix. Leaving Dan at Ft. Dix was ... challenging. He's now waiting to find out when the plane will wisk him away to sandbox land. How do you calculate "4 pts" of exercise? Is that a certain amount of time, or a certain number of reps, or something?? I need to get back on my diet, too. Want a buddy? I do better with a little encouragement. OK, the competition gets me going, too.

:-) I do it by a slide rule thingie at home and also by guess-ta-mation. WW does it by weight, time spent and level of intensity. I think it's on their web site. At my weight 163-166 ish, 15 minutes of brisk walking is 1 point. as my weight drops it'll be more like 20 minutes for one point, so I'm going to have to up the intensity to get in a lot of points. I may have another point ruler thing at home. If I do, e-mail me your mailing address and I'll send you one of them. :-)!!!
