Moisturizer just wont run out!

My moisturizer has been running out...  and since like ... 2 years ago??? I've been using the same one. Everyday since 2 years ago, it HAS been running out. It will make this PSHHHHHHHH sound saying oh, i am running out. But I just close the cap and put it away. The next day... viola! more. Okay so it took some time for it to settle down. But for 2

Regenerating lotion would be so useful! . . . but alsa a little bit nasty because it would probably have to be the product of bacteria or yeast cultures.
