All I remember is that it was from Bullseye and that I didn't really care for it. The BBQ sauce is really not essential. You could do this same recipe with any condiment, preserves, or chutney, I think.
Personally, I'd do a mango chutney, or just reserve some of the broth from the first cooking and add some lime juice and just a dash of cumin and black pepper. ¿Carnitas, por favor?.
