Some dudes write about something that's illegal in most countries and get their accounts disabled because of it, others get their accounts back with an apology of over-reaction, so everyone should hopefully be happy. Why are people still going on about this?

Short answer is, it depends; some of us are wading through everything and waiting for the smoke to clear to figure out what really happened, and other people have a persecution complex and like to hear their own cyber-voices.
