Although it's only a requirement on this diet to keep a food diary when you start, I'm finding it a very helpful tool to think about what I put in my mouth. I'm wondering whether I should continue even after it's not a required element of the diet.
Today's food diary for example:
Breakfast
Tesco sultana bran with skimmed milk
LunchBaked potato

Get a tiny noteboo that you can carry with you everywhere.
Write down everything you eat.
Personally I feel guilty writing something in so I have turned down snacks because of the guilt.
