NLP is supposed to be very good, i have had a taste of it and you really should give it a go!! and btw strictly come dancing is infinitely better than the x factor :-P

And whoever said on here that MAs are brilliant because you get to challenge the accepted authors on the subject (Eressea, I think), oh yes. One of the main authors in my research topic is absolutely crap as an academic reference, and I was able to prove it today.

Have never been sure about NLP as I came across it when it was offered to car salesmen as a manipulation technique. I know the argument is about "better understanding of self and clients needs" but it still has a taint about it for me.
Go for the new job you damn well deserve it.
As for your current job I just want to say thank you. Numerous shite jobs get done in the background where few of us ever go, we know someone must be doing them but nothing is said unless it all goes wrong and then its all your fault. You have a tough job and shite work conditions but thank you for persisting on your clients behalf. Some people are adult at 14 some are still children at 20 thank you for putting a persons needs before their numerical age.
Oh and yes post more stuff.. we will share the tough stuff but you can talk to us at other times especially about your varied ancestors ;)
