So today before I left work I emailed both of my bosses and informed them that I am actively looking for a job and that I do not know how much longer I will be there. I have had enough and I do not want to even go into work anymore ( Read more... )

Like I said before, you do NOT need to put up with that kind of crap. They aren't worth it. Clearly the organization has more issues than I even want to know (but I can guess on quite a few and from what you've said, I'm barely scratching the surface).

So run.. far far away. you'll find something somewhere where people APPRECIATE the hard work you do and something that makes you happy.

I'm proud of you for telling it like it is. Tell those idiots to take a long walk..

Funny thing though is that it has been hours and still no response to that email but other emails from my boss...

I'm glad ur leaving. that place doesn't deserve to even kno ur name. If i ever meet erin i'm kickin her into last month. that way no1's gotta meet her again. i'll keep an eye out for jobs round here.

Location has not yet been determined. Who knows I may end up in Dayton or Nashville or Florida or California. Everything is still up in the air.
