We played poker last night. ten dollar buy-in tournament, and i came in third place and won 32 dollars. not too bad for a few (6 1/2) hours of poker. Now I have a Dante Canto to write and a research paper to start about mega tsunamis. fun stuff.

Why does Europe have to be so far away?

So um yeah. Europe for ten days. Well, I suppose a hearty "Have a great time!" is in order.

What a night. It started with Beseckers. Bone!!! Then The Boys From Syracuse, where frannie and ali made some great whores. after that was Ruby Tuesday with like 25 people. Then, the best part of the night. After the gathering, we filmed the night people, where i played the part of the alpha male. what a fun time.

So, Regionals didn't go too well overall. We got second, for the first time anyone can remember. Oh well. Our trebuchet is the best in the region, winning gold over this ass from Athens. In all, the last two days have been a lot of fun, and only mildly disappointing.

Friday was MVC for science o. in typical stroudsburg fashion, we cleaned house by medaling in every event. I came home with a bronze and two golds. :] Thursday is the regional competition, where we are again favorites to win it all.

I'm holding this press conference to announce that I have found the greatest icon in the world

Saturday night i couldn't fall asleep til about 4, and i had that interview sunday, which went good. I fell asleep at the end of the presentation though. I got a hat, a shirt, and a pack of gum from the bookstore after jesse and i posed with the dragon bobble-head.
