Did it hurt? Mine hurt :/

It hurt exactly as much as I thought it would hurt. I imagined it would feel like a thousand tiny hermit crabs pinching me a thousand times a second, and I was pretty much right. I'm decently good at entering a frame of mind that basically goes "there's nothing I can do about this" so I can deal with pain well sometimes.
