Because I can't be bothered making a separate journal for other kinds of fanworks, I've long abandoned this being just an icon journal. This is kind of a place for me to dump fan-related creative works type things, so here are a bunch of posters that I made out of manips, to post to fanpostersI've decided that nothing would make me happier than seeing

I know this is super late, or whatever, since I've had this page bookmarked for a looong time (because your manips are awesome and I just like to save it to tell my friends lmao) but! I also found this article that mentions Y: The Last Man being made into a movie and so far only DJ Caruso (of Disturbia fame) and Carl Ellsworth (idk who he is) are on board to make it.

Which means we need to start a petition to get Zac into this role. I'm already starting one to get Ryan McPartlin (Captain Awesome!) as Captain America, haha.

Heh, thanks for the comment even if it's late! I'm glad you like them. I did hear about that stuff about DJ Caruso and Shia LaBeouf or whatever and was nooooottt happy and would rather have there be no film at all :( I actually kinda like Shia, but he's all wrong for Yorick.

AHAHAHAH oh, Captain Awesome. I'm just waiting for him and Ellie to have a baby so that it can be called Baby Awesome.

Oh god, Shia Labeouf was rumored as Yorick? Thats awful! I love Shia but he would be all wrong for Yorick, seriously.

OH MY GOD. Hahaha, I hadn't even thought about that, but it needs to happen now. I'm pretty sure the wedding is going to go down during May Sweeps so if we get a Baby Awesome it'll be next season :[ But still!

Hehehhe! To be honest, I don't... really... care about the whole side-storylines with Ellie and Captain Awesome, but, I would just be very amused if there were a baby to be called "Baby Awesome."

So I basically freaked out at the beginning of this season of Chuck because CHUCK HAS A POSTER OF Y THE LAST MAN IN HIS ROOM. I keep wondering if I had anything to do with that or if it was a freak coincidence because I gave him the first volume of the series. O______O I JUST DON'T KNOW.

I wanted to tell you I finally finished reading this. I can't properly express how good this comic is. What I loved about it was it never got boring. What I mean by that, for me (I'm sure this is blasphemy!), Watchmen was a slow read. It took a few chapters before I really got into but with this comic, I was engaged immediately. Anyway, thanks for sending me the first volume and starting me on that journey. I hope all is well with you.

Hi you! Me again :D So, apparently, there was a Chuck panel today at Wondercon in San Francisco annnd they asked Zac about Y: The Last Man and the poster in Chuck's room and everything. I'm totally taking this from i09 (since I couldn't be there BUT)

"Y The Last Man: The Y The Last Man poster in Chuck's bedroom was supposed to be there in season one, but it took a year to get clearance for it. Everything in Chuck's bedroom is a clearance nightmare, said Fedak and star Zachary Levi. Levi found out about that series when a woman told him that he was the only person she could see starring in it, and he started reading it and became a huge fan. (And apparently, there's an internet campaign to cast Levi as Yorick in the movie.)"

Oh my God, I can't believe it. (That IS me actually, since... I am franken_stein, haha.) But WOW, that's so cool and thank you so much for telling me about that! I can't believe he did read the book :D That's just so beyond cool. :D

(HAHA and also, this post so does not count as "internet campaign", so if one exists, I don't know about it.)

Oh my god, you're welcome! I'd heard a couple people mention that they talked about it today so I had to see what they said and definitely had to show you. Thats like the coolest thing in the entire world, sweet jesus, haha. :D

IT IIIISSSSS COOLLLL! I had to ask for an email address (it was just one that his friends' company uses, for Spiral) because I took a photo for them and they wanted me to send it. So Zac offered to let me know how he liked the book, but said that he might forget and I didn't hear back - but I'm just excited to know he actually read it! Too awesome. I'm so glad he liked it :D
