Wear a pair of flesh colored granny panties and put the bright red underwear on top of these. It'll give the illusion of nekkidness without flashing the goods. ;)

I like divinemum's idea, but instead of actually wearing the red pair, why not sew a pocket in the inside hem of the black skirt and keep the panties in it, so you can flourish them without actually removing them from your, um, goods region?

LOL. Asked the director, but I don't actually pull them all the way off. They come down around my ankles and stay there as I use the facilities, until I can hoist them back up around the nether regions.
