Yes, it's been essentially locked since early July of '08. 222 days without posting! (I know, I was looking for an 87 in there) Most of the time I couldn't even access the old threads and re-read stuff.

No, I don't know if there's a rhyme or reason. Vega Black can post, and she was pretty new to the forums. Not a master or a ghostie or anything.
