I'm with Kit about maybe the thought of court getting him to actually act, but i don't really see much happening for you. :( That just sucks, and although I'm glad you're not hurting for the money, it really is about the principle of the thing.

My thoughts are thusly:

1. What are the chances *HE* knows the tenant laws?
2. What's the point of working for Big Law Firm if you can't use it to your advantage?

I'm sort of stunned here. No one in your office has even offered to write a letter to him? Sheesh. I could probably still get free of cheap legal help and I haven't worked for anyone in three years. Maybe it's a local thing ( ... )
