There's a huge thunderstorm brewing here in Chicago. I was actually watching the clouds swirl and churn out there on break. . . and while I don't think we'll actually get a tornado here in the loop, I can't help but be a bit wary. Growing up in the heart of Tornado Alley will do that to you

Maybe I'm way too used to tornado protocol, but y'all, like, don't have a designated safe place you're supposed to go when the sirens go off/a warning is issued? Seriously? You should start planning that...

yikes, we've gotten tornadoes down here before, so if the clouds are black and swirly and the siren goes off it makes me more than a little nervous, lol!

Wow...I can tell how little I've left the south. I don't know why but I just assumed everyone got tornadoes. And if it's not tornadoes, it's hurricanes.

The weather makes me panic when it gets bad because there's nothing I can do about it. I know how you feel/felt. *hugs*
