There's a huge thunderstorm brewing here in Chicago. I was actually watching the clouds swirl and churn out there on break. . . and while I don't think we'll actually get a tornado here in the loop, I can't help but be a bit wary. Maybe I'm way too used to tornado protocol, but y'all, like, don't have a designated safe place you're supposed to go when the sirens go off/a warning is issued? Seriously? You should start planning that...

Heh, I think that's the response I would get out here. They don't know what tornadoes are.

Thank you for keeping the weather up there until I finished my grocery shopping!

yikes, we've gotten tornadoes down here before, so if the clouds are black and swirly and the siren goes off it makes me more than a little nervous, lol!

Hope the storms have passed for you!

I think I would panic first, then cry. But totally in favor of going home as step 3.

Wow...I can tell how little I've left the south. I don't know why but I just assumed everyone got tornadoes. And if it's not tornadoes, it's hurricanes.

The weather makes me panic when it gets bad because there's nothing I can do about it. I know how you feel/felt. *hugs*
