well, there was a lot of documenting we had to do. for example, we had to prove our relationship with emails, phone bills, and mail with the same address. i also had to detail every job i've ever had and place that i've lived since i was 18. it helped to have an immigration lawyer that was helping us. but once that all got done, the rest was pretty easy. much easier than moving to the states!

best wishes,

every time you want to buy a pack, put $10 in a jar (or envelope, or box, or whatever). save up the money so you can look at it and see it adding up. then at the end of the month, you can buy yourself a treat (or put it in a savings account) or just use it to pay bills. but if you actually set it aside so that you can see/touch it, you'll realise how much money you're saving. that should help.
