It's been a hard week. My dad went in for an angioplasty (?) and it turned out that he has some major clots in his arteries. He was told then that he had to have a double bypass immediately. I went home Friday to be with him and spent most of my weekend being with my dad. He had his surgery yesterday and everything went fine. It was hard to

i'm glad your father is recovering. i'm so scared for the day when my parents start having troubles. i don't think i'll handle it well at all.

I'm really glad your dad is okay. I know what it's like to realize your parents aren't infallible...I've been having to deal with that lately, too.
