I just looked back at old journal entries. They made me so ashamed of myself, and I was really close to deleting this journal. Instead, I'm updating it. As sorry and pathetic as pretty much every entry in this journal is, I think it would have been really bad to delete this. If I did, I wouldn't be able to remember how ridiculous I was. Even though
