The blurring of the real and virtual worlds has in the past been looked upon as a great human endeavour. I always thought the idea of 'escapism' through VR and games was a bit suspect. On one level, I really enjoy beating zombies to death in computer games, but on the other hand, it fosters anger and aggression and competitiveness (if multiplayer). Insightful, Frank!

I was once at a LAN playing Counter-Strike and the anger that I felt was too real... I could have easily gone up to him and punched him in the face (all over a few pixels here and there)
