I'm sorry you're a mess right now and that it's been a shitty month for you, but you don't have to be sorry for venting. It happens. Everyone needs the chance to vent, otherwise it builds up inside of you and then things can only get worse. HOnestly, I think everyone's been feeling the same way you are lately. Not necessarily for the same reasons, but the same way. You know you can always talk to me about it, right? I hope you will anyway, now that we're friends who don't have to hate each other 24/7, lol.
