1. I probably spend more money on DVDs than groceries.

2. I got a $10,000 scholarship for writing a funny essay.

3. I really like spinach, but only in dry form. Usually in sandwiches or salads.

4. No offense to Matt, James, Allie, Tony, Josh, or Richard, but I feel that having my own place is the bomb-diggitty.

5. There is only one person on my livejournal friends list, and no one on my AIM buddy list that I don't know in real life.

6. I try not to buy any DVDs that I haven't seen already, (Criterions excluded) mostly because of the great "CQ" debacle of '02.

7. If you think I'm a nerd now, you should have known me in Middle School. (Four words: Star Wars Roleplaying Game)

8. I have never in my life, used an emoticon.

9. Now that I look back, I find it remarkable that I was able to find friends I had in a small christian private school, in Mobile Alabama.

10. I have a younger brother that I hardly know.

11. I'm having to make a concerted effort not to make all of these about some sort of media.

12. I keep saying I want to go to grad school, but I have made no significant progress toward that goal.

13. I have a sneaking suspicion that "Serenity" won't be as good as I hope it is.

14. I have only read a handful of comic books in my entire life.

15. I am in the unfortunate state of being both a perfectionist and very lazy.

16. I didn't have my first real kiss until I has 16, and it was a friend of mine's girlfriend.

17. Most people in high school thought I was gay.

18. Despite the fact that I've worked at NBC 15 for almost four months now, I still feel like "the new guy."

19. I wish I had gone to New Orleans more recently.

20. My favorite season of Buffy is Season 3. Angel, Season 2 (with 5 being a close runner up.)

There's not point in tagging anyone, everybody on my friends list has already done this.

It was a bad movie week for me. Last night I saw Andrew Niccols' latest "Lord of War." Which was sanctimonious and boring. And tonight I saw Tim Burton's Corpse Bride which was just boring. I guess once you start putting your name in front of your films (i.e. M. Night Shama-whatever's the Village) it's not a good sign.
