So its July. Officially summer, as summer as summer is going to get, and its been raining for about 4 days straight. Normally I wouldnt mind, in fact, I like rain, but I have had a serious headache for 4 days straight as well. My Grandpa used to get headaches during long stretches of rain, or so Im told. I have heard about high pressure systems

so how does he know how efficient you are? Is he measuring your entries in a day?

If you're relying on others to give you the info to input, maybe it's the OTHER people who are inefficient.

oh dear god, today I found some laminated little posters that my boss is planning on hanging up. It said "wormpit" each letter represented one of the 7 "time wasters" !!!!!!!
then he had 7 little posters with pictures of employees wasting time. !!!!!

what a knob. I suppose he's just being a manager. The thing is were a very small company, less than 30 people, he is just seriously overdoing it and its a huge joke.

To answer your question, he has come up with a completly arbitrary ammount of time per unit I am supposed to spend and compared it to what I currently spend. I feel the need to repeat, He is a knob. Oh yes, did I mention, when he gets drunk all he talks about is basil? Yes, the herb. Oh and he tries to get women to take off their tops.
