i hate head colds.... I'm sitting in bed watching highlights from Gloss being shown on good morning. I realise half the people I hang out with these days wouldn't have been old enough to know what Gloss is... let alone peppermint twist etc...

any ideas for good ways to relieve stuffy/runny noses?

Get a bowl and fill it with boiling water and half a teaspoon of Vicks Vapour Rub. Stick your head over the bowl, and pull a towel over your head. Stay there for as long as you can stand it.
