Cereal and Exercise danielleeu April 10 2005, 02:40:04 UTC
Can I just tell you that I love cereal...it is my fairly decent for ou snack. I love Quaker Oatmeal Squares or Honey Bunches of Oats. Try them, they are tasty and not bad for you.

I can work out any time on M W F between 3-7 and T R from 6-8. So give me a call...

And congrates on being so good...I am proud of you. =D

Hey, just a note from the roomie...
Best dieting advice I can give you...it's not about counting carbs, it's about counting calories. If you burn off more than you consume, you WILL lose weight...and it will be easier than trying "fad" dieting. Fruit, especially during this time of year, is awesome for you.
Also...just because you are overweight doesn't mean you will do long term damage to your knees. No disrespect to the bro, of course. I may be small, but my body quirks alone are enough to have me at risk for knee problems as well. What you could do instead of running is bike or do the elliptical machine, which I love, for your twenty minute cardio. Then, as you shed pounds, work up to running. Also, it would give you a bit of variety, which will help the blah attitude people get when their workout routines get monotonous.
I love you. Always have, always will.

K.
