I bought a bottle of one of those Vitamin Water things, from the gym today. They have a little section on them with a little story that is a complete waste of your time! lol so since I wasted my time reading and re-writing it for you, your time will officially be wasted too

I used to hate all those products like bread and milk and juices adding vitamins. But in reality the vitamin amounts they're adding are really minuscule. Calcium is fairly easy to add because it comes in powdered form and has an easily disguised taste. I still don't go near any of them though because I think they're useless and just another way to tamper with food.
