I just spent the day with a friend's family and it's scary how much nicer they are and how much more I like them compared to my own folks

I always got along better with threeseatsback's parents and my other mate Kez's...I think it's the Kevin syndrome though. They've both had problems with them; it's because blood can tell off blood but they never do it infront of anyone foreign to the family.

Yeah, well, nobody really gets along with their parents, but I still feel that at least you can tell their family loves them and is worried about them with other people. Mine never made me feel like that. Even as a small child, I was never good enough for them. Can't stand that :(
