Hi Em, I really miss you too. So does Dad. I wish we had talked to you about Italy more before you left so that you would have a better idea of what to see and where. We spent a lot of time in Rome and Naples-a LOT of time. I am surprised that you aren't spending more time in Rome. It's like you're rushing. Are you on a time schedule? Grndma and I hope you get to go to Gulipoli(sp). Its a town in the heel of the boot on the shore. Its where Grandpa was stationed during WWII. We went there when we were stationed at San Vito Dei Normani. Remember, we asked you to go to Bari, Ostuni and Brindisi. San Vito is between Bari and Brindisi-closer to Brindisi. Ostuni has the church that has the hanging monks and rich people in its basement-they are mumified. Brindisi is where Cecelia was born and we did a lot in that town. Its a port on the Adriatic and you can get a ferry to Greece from there. Its also the end of the old Roma road (iter). Dad and I hope you can get to Specciola (Specky-ola). This is where we lived. Its on the Adriatic. By ( ... )
