So I got an acceptance letter from Washington University today! I am one of 1,350 admitted out of a pool of over 22,000 applicants, so I feel pretty special. I kind of wish I was more excited - I mean, obviously it's great news, because now I know that I can go to one of my top four schools for sure. I finally got tickets to see The Decemberists in April! I'm excited; this will be my first conventional concert. I wish we'd gotten the tickets sooner (I'm going with two friends) - our seats aren't horrible, but they aren't great, either. We're kinda near the back, but maybe we'll be able to move forward a bit during the show? We shall see.
