Hey Freya - write them a letter! Old people lovelovelove getting letters and they would be so touched if you did that. You may not be able to see them, but you can easily keep in contact. Just tell them about where you're living and what you're doing that day and send them some love. It doesn't have to be earth-shatteringly interesting. It'll make their day.
