Alex was actually being productive today. After seeing that his mom was doing halfway decently at home, he'd gone into town to the local library. See, Alex was getting bored. He'd thought after leaving high school, he'd be too busy taking care of his mom and getting by to ever be bored but he'd been proven wrong

Alex's phone was, thankfully, on vibrate so he wasn't going to get glared at from the old librarian. He pulled his phone out of his pocket and glanced at it.
