Lou Beres of the Christian Coalition in Oregon confessed to sexually molesting family members. The best part? He stonewalled law enforcement until he believed the statute of limitation had passed.

It's always amuzing to see a hardline Christian fundie make an ass of himself or get caught more plastered than the cealing, but honestly, there is no best part ot this. not only have kids been molested, but the jackass prolonged it. It'd be a cute funny victory for those of us who see this people for what they are if he'd done something like got in a fight or was some sort of adict because that's the sort of thing where there are no victims but the individuals who make the choices (though the argument could be made that those around him woudl be victims of a hypothetical addiction). This story, in my opinion, is just sad every way around.

I fully agree with you. In reality, there is no 'best part' to that story. The motherfucker is scum, plain and simple. That isn't what Christianity is about.
