At least you write. It's funny, I know I could write and probably write well, but I'm quite insecure and damn lazy. You obviously have a hunger for it - I'm jealous! Writing: It's all good - from when it sucks to when it moves you - every word is a step forward into becoming the writer you aspire to be.

I can't imagine a summer without heat. Texas gets baked at this time of year as it is extremely hot. I love cold weather; it's rare around here!

FYI: It took more than 10 years of writer's block. In the meantime, though, I managed to be a student, musician, soldier, journalist, network communications specialist, systems engineer...

We usually have a short period of heat, but now it has been abnormally cold. Rare is good, I guess. Just as exotic is erotic.

Just from what I have read of your journal here you seem to have a firm grasp on English. Probably better than most in the United States.
