[ about as subtle as an earthquake, i know ]

In the end, Eames chooses Istanbul. One, because he's rather fond of Turkish food and two, he'd heard that neither Cobb nor Mallorie had ever seen the Hagia Sophia in person. Which, he imagines, would be a shame if he were the type to get sentimental over buildings (which he isn't). His appointments with them are individual -- Dominic Cobb, Mallorie Miles and this new girl, the one called 'Arthur' -- as well as scattered over a handful of days and in different places dotted across the city. A watering hole with a view of the palace. A cafe in the shadow of Galata Tower. Eames' last meeting (the one with Arthur) is at a bookstore that sits on a crest, overlooking the Golden Horn. She's been instructed to look for a young man in the poetry section and so that's where Eames is, a bit bored but on time.
