The BNA is here, but it's a subscription site. They do have a "free trial" option, but I'm not giving them my details.

FOI is only relevant to your if you are a public authority as defined in the Act or are holding information on behalf of a public authority.

Data Protection is probably far more of a worry to you I would have though (says she who has just been to a 2 day Data Protection Masterclass).
