I used solution #5 today. You see, the toilet in the basement was leaking a bit and after an inspection I determined it was the bolts linking the tank to the bowl that were the problem. ohmigod, moving is finally about finished. We're kind of settled now that the bed is there (new waterbed, yay) and that most of everything is in kinda-working order. A lot of things still need to be done, but the place is looking good.

I'm getting tired of waiting, I want to move into my house now.

On Good News Channel, I now have an iPhone, which is cool but does not really compensate for the lack of privacy lately, or the fact that work's being a bitch right now.

Going fishing tomorrow. I think I now understand all the hype of the grown ups about vacations and going away from home. Work won't be able to find me there. In fact, I've determined the part of work that I like the least: having the feeling that I'm the last line before ultimate doom, that I am indispensable. We've been appliance-shopping lately, and yesterday we bought shiny things for the new house. Oven, dishwasher and refrigerator; all stainless.
