Telephaty/mindleld and Steve/Maria (or Steve and Maria). :D Oh, and Clint/Natasha and role reversal. My head hurts so that's what I have so far. But I may come up with more :)

Hahaha, there's not much you can do with role reversal and Clint/Nat, though. Because they're kind of ubiquitous at the spy game and I've seen too many good fics where Nat's the one to bring Clint in instead of vice versa.

...also, role reversal is the one trope I already have a story idea for. ;) But tell me more about this telepathy thing.

Well, i didn't precisely mean she'd bring him in, but more like a role reversal in their usual tasks. Nevermind. I just wanted to tempt you into writing more Clintasha. (however, fairy tale/myth? I just thought of reincarnation and them meeting over and over and over.... Nevermind. If you write Clintasha, I'll read it :) )

This telepathy thing? I would really like to see what would it be like for them to be able to see into other person's mind, especially if they already like each other.

Well as Clintasha goes, I may not be online for the promptathon (apparently we may get internet access once per week. Clearly I am not cut out for field work in the developing world).

For the alternate professions square: Clint as a civilian fic where Natasha is still involved with covert type things, but that is only one AU profession. What about CLint as a small town sherigg with Kate as his deputy, and Natasha as a bigshot FBI agent (or maybe someone posing as an FBI agent...)?

For telepath/ mindmeld: how do the thoughts of the Avengers differ? How does Steve think? Can they even get a read on Natasha?

For AU other: you could always write Eponine as a modern day PI fic that I keep on meaning to write.

For road trip: this would be an excellent time for crossover fic. Pick three of your favorite characters at random and go!

For the holidayfic square: Maria Hill doesn't get Christmas or any traditional holidays off, so she makes her own hoiday.

I find the Clint as a small town sheriff with Kate as his deputy rather fascinating. I will give this idea more thought, for sure. And the holidayfic idea you have about Maria creating her own holiday is both heartwarming and depressing, so of course it calls to me like nothing else.

Oh, yes, Natasha and her green dragon...that is a rather intriguing idea. I'm going to let it percolate a bit and see if it can get past the blocks of no Pern fanfiction! that have been in my mind for years.

Role Reversal and Arrow is exactly what I was thinking about doing! What if Felicity had been the one to survive on that island instead of Oliver, who stayed back in Starling City? Imagine this: upon learning about the death of his father, Oliver stepped up and got involved in Queen Consolidated, though he's learned a good bit of hacking skills in order to track down the mystery of what happened to the Queen's Gambit. Felicity, meanwhile, returns after five years of rough life on the island. Oliver is the first one to sense that her babbling might be nothing but a front, but by that point, Felicity has struck a deal with her lawyer, Laurel, and the two ladies are running around, single-handedly trying to save the Glades.

I'm really liking your Role Reversal idea! What's Felicity's background and connection to papa Queen that put her on the Queen's Gambit?

With Felicity/Oliver Bodyswap, I just have this picture in mind of Felicity going on one of her babbling sprees about how awesome Oliver's body is and how different it feels -- and then warning Oliver about not taking advantage of her body while she's not in it.

Pern!Natasha -- maybe C'lint has brought her back for a chance at a queen egg, but she doesn't impress and then as she and the other girls are leaving, her little green stumbles over to her and -- impression. She's expecting some kind of terrible fallout because it's practically unheard of, but she's determined that she and Russath can do anything the other dragons and riders can. C'lint and Iowath think so too.

Hahaha, you should give me your email because I just finished a Maria and Natasha road trip fic but can't post it yet. It's 30k of Maria and Natasha antics, though! :-P

Oh, man, Jane and Betty telepathy would be so interesting because they'd be applying the scientific method to it and figuring out the boundaries. And meanwhile, everybody else is just like, "Is that weird? It seems like it would be weird," and Jane and Betty are wondering why it's not weird.

Darcy, meanwhile, is sitting back and popping popcorn.

Hee, okay. It's part of a big bang, so it'll be up in August. That fic sounds amazing and I can't wait to read it!

I should see if my Operation Overlook fic fits any of these categories so I have an excuse to write more. Sorry, you made me think of it with Betty and Darcy mentions. hmm.
