And this is why I don't keep women... because when they say "fine" I leave the conversation alone. When they say "nothing" and they try to bring it up later on I don't let them. They should have said it in the first place so I just tell them, "nope, you should have told me when I asked now I don't care." If she says "go ahead" I'm gonna do it. You shouldn't have said go ahead if you didn't mean it. "That's ok" that means I'm good, if she gets pissed later on, it's her own fault for saying it's ok.
