I was pretty steamed, as always, today after reading "Yahoo Africa news" and I decided that it was time I wrote a letter to their customer service. Here goes the letter

Try BBC news for african news online. I actually have BBC as my homepage. I find them more in depth than other news organizations. www.allAfrica.com is good too. But good for you for writing that letter.

Hee yeah, umm it is high time that someone spoke out loud. But again as urbainchic said BBC really is the way to go. It has been the way for years and it will be the way for even more years. But I admire the fact that you took action! :-)

the crap that yahoo sent back

i just got this generic reply from them that they slap with some random name to make you feel like you are actually interacting with a person. guess what though, i will send them another email tomorrow and i will do it over and over every day till they change up that piece of crap newsite of theirs.
