bloody HELLS I am tired of computers with issues!!! a simple format/re-install is turning into a multi-hour fiasco. GRRRRRRRR and to top it off, nani's machine decided last night was a GREAT time to no longer work, add that to the list.... Alex's Machine wont go either, add that to the list..... Cory's Machine wont go, add THAT to the list.....

I can sympathise. A friend brought over his gf's computer and all he said was that she wanted an upgrade. So I checked it out, and it's Win 95Plus! with 64 megs of ram, and on startup, it constantly gives a CMOS Checksum Error. And then I find out last night that he told Ry that his girlfriend wants a new mouse and keyboard too!. Oh, and the CD ROM refuses to read CDs. *blinks* Thing is, he volunteered me to her cause I fixed his sister's computer. And me being me, I said Okay, sure...bring it over. *shakes her head* Still waiting on him to call me back so that I can tell him exactly what's up with it.
