I'm thinking about getting a tumblr for my weekly book reviews and posting from there. Perhaps cross post to both? Idk, it just seems like everyone has a tumblr, and you know how how I love to follow the crowd. Anyone with a tumblr care to comment? Anyone think that the vile regime of the tumblr should be brought down, perhaps from the inside?

I'm much better about reading other poeple's Tumblrs than updating my own. ^^;; And because I gave my Tumblr a theme (it's fashion-based) I feel weird reblogging other people's posts if they have nothing to do with fashion...unlike Twitter where your account is meant for mundanities and you can just re-tweet something if you want to share it. Or maybe I'm just being anal retentive?

Funny thing is, I totally poo-pooed Tumblr when it first arrived because I just didn't see the point of it. Then I discovered a) it's a great place to follow funny internet memes, and b) there are people who post awesome references for historical costumes there, so I wound up joining.

You might do some Google searches for Tumblrs about book reviews and such so that you have some people to follow. There's also an entertaining Fuck Yeah Santa Cruz Tumblr, if you're interested. ;)
