Ai no Kusabi, even if it was really old and extremely confusing, is one of my favorites. I'll never forget the story =0 really made a big impact compared to a lot of the stuff I've had my fingers on.
You may also want to check out Sex Pistols next year too. Features the only kind of mpreg I have ever accepted. But yeah, it's not like they actually show pregnant guys xD

I swore I would NEVEREVERNEVER be even remotely interested in mpreg, but then I stumbled across a fanartist I love and she draws a gorgeous Ichigo with tits (and sometimes belly) and I just sort of fell for it. That artist is the one exeption to my fear of mpreg so far. I do hope it stays that way.
Got to me? Dude, I nearly fell off my couch when I realised who voiced that kid. Then I listened to it five times, then I felt ridiculous for an hour and abandoned my computer and finally I listened to it a bunch of times again XD

Ya know, is it only "future" shows you aren't on track with or have you never really ventured into the yaoi-anime jungle? Because there certainly is some good stuff out there. And maybe games like Enzai would fall completely into your taste, it does have a lot of more or less hardcore sado/maso in it after all.
I think I've read that story too, and I do find the sexchanges funny at times, but I can't help but think of it as normal hetero instead of yummy yaoi.
