Over thinking Secret Santa.

I would think that you would bring your gifts wrapped and labeled to the person that you are the Secret Santa of. That way they won't know who their from but who they are given to. I would think that we would do it all between 10-11 so as not to take away from gearing up towards New Years.

See now, I would think that when someone sees me walking in carrying a gift, they would think that that gift is FROM me. That part is kinda hard to keep a secret. However, when they then look at said gift and see that there is no name on it, the mystery ensues: "Is that odd-shaped box for me?" "Who is getting that squishy bag?" "Maybe mine is the one that makes all those strange sounds." I will know which one I wrap, so I don't need a label to remind me who it is for. I'm going to use my own wrapping paper, as will everyone else, so there should be no mixing up of odd-shaped, squishy, noisy boxes.

See what I'm saying?

But I definitely agree w/ the time frame you're looking at for all the same reasons.

I see... you are being difficult ;) If it really bothers you drop it off early. You can put the name of who they are intended so yours at least will be anonymous (but that defeats the purpose if every one else wrights their names ;)

I'm not trying to be difficult; I'm trying to be fun and enjoy the mystery of Secret Santa.
