Well, if you want to run, then start running.. like go with friends or with taylor.. start off slow, like fast walk.. then pace yourself to jog, then soon you will be running.. put like icy-hot on your ankle or knee, or wear one of those brace thingys.. but dont worry, it takes time to run without hurting.. you and taylor are so cute!
Hmm thanks a lot. I really do want to start running but I dont know if I have the time. Im willing to wake up early. I think ill run every weekend. If I get really into it I think Ill consider joing the track team if I can. My other would be so proud.

Running always looks super fun, but it's like..I can't. I'd LIKE to, but it's hard. I wanted to be on cross country this year, but I didn't think I could deal with running 5 miles everyday afterskool in this weather. But it is fun when you gotta let something out, I've tried it, running down my hill, it helps.

Fab, this coming from an overweight girl, if you are going to do a sport at all swimming should be it. It works your body soooooo much and in one season I lost soooooooo much weight and you really feel good about yourself. And another good thing about swimming, you don't get all sweaty and that's good.
