I have recently become re-immersed in Stephen Kings world of the Macabre. I have always and forever loved his work since I first picked up his books, but reading The Dark Tower series has re-alighted a fire in my heart for him. I am now feverishly re-reading anything that has even the slightest cross reference to the DT series and am addicted, ( Read more... )

yay for book addiction! I still haven't read the Dark Tower series, but I have found the best book shop near us though, tis called the Book Cafe and most of the books are second hand, you can buy a book and then when you're done reading you can sell it back to them :-)

I bought Richard Laymon's The Beast House trilogy there for just $9.50! A book (which is really three books in one) I read it within a week ;-)

You have to read The Dark Tower series, ask Jules. It's wonderful! I found second hand SK books today, 5 for £3, I was in my element!!

I found them on the weekend too! We went for breakfast at the Book Cafe and I found it for a silly price of $7... :-)

Wonderful! We shall swap books on Saturday.

Plans definitely changed. Wills and Siobhan are both in Scotland all this week, so will be only coming down for the daytrip Sat.
