STRESS

Dec 03, 2011 14:35

Crawling out of my skin with stress and insomnia. Samson and I are going to attack the nature trail to see what is clear after maybe two years of neglect. Wish me luck. I predict: mud in my very near future. The last time we did this, my boot came off my foot in quicksand like mud sucking boot stuff. More later.

Get some melatonin and take it every day. It's helps me with my insomnia (I've been an insomniac since I was a child)and it's natural, not chemical, and non-addictive.

I did get some but have not taken it every day. When I do take it, it helps. But my face turns into....like....a railroad track of bright red. I saw last night that raqweed sufferers should not take it. I don't care. If it helps stress, sleep, I'm going for it. My face is a topic for discussion then, right?

In other matters. the trail was so leaf covered that I fell twice on covered branches. I hurt one knee, and the opposite eye, with a bleeding scratch on my nose. If I have to go for help tomorrow, they are going to send in social services. FFS. So I am going to bed early.

Sleep well, my friend! And if I am awake, I will look for you! MWAH!

Dear god woman. Be careful! I took a fall on wet leaves earlier this week, thought I might have to go to the doc because my ankle was totally bruised and swollen from hitting it on the curb, but it was better on Friday morning so I didn't have to. I am thankful that it's on my already bad foot so at least I know which side to limp on! lol
