What makes me especially sad is that Arkansas made it illegal for same-sex couples to adopt children. I mean, the marriage thing has been a big issue for a while, and I think people will eventually accept it, but at least even the bigoted assholes have, for the most part, granted same-sex couples at least basic rights under the law and etc. Prop ( Read more... )

This is pretty amazing.

Twenty-one for 22 hours and it's about over. Overall, I seem to have avoided major mishap. In fact, other than a few well wishes, clipping my toe-nails (ugh), and a possible spider-bite that hurts a lot, it's been downright unexciting ( Read more... )
