When your iPod starts making really creepy noises and then deletes all of your songs in your iTunes library so you take it to the apple store at Somerset to get it fixed and they wipe all the songs off and bring it back and say "It's fixed now it was just a software problem" and you get all excited cuz you got it fixed for free and then a week
