My husband and I just signed a contract for our first house :). I love this house so much I just wish we could have paid less for it. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen with dining area, den, family room w/ a wet bar (oooo lalal - yes this totally sold my husband), laundry room, paved driveway, and a deck in the back. Awesome! congrats, that place sounds completely awesome. I mean, wow, a big place AND a view! You don't have to settle for one or the other! Yay!
