Actually, many states have incest loopholes which basically say if you rape a person that you are related to, even if it is by marriage, you can get off on probation.

If you want to help put these predators in prison, I am a member of a grassroots child protection group called Protect. You can learn about them and what they are doing to try to change the laws so that child predators not only go to jail, but stay there by visiting their website at: www.protect.org

They also around election time will list people (along with things they have done) that have either helped to protect children, or conversely have let child predators off soft.
