It's been a little over a year since I last logged onto the Comic Book Database and... well, apparently sometime last year the owner sold it. Really disappointing outcome. I had cataloged quite a few of my comics on that site and added a lot of titles, creators, and characters (from mostly indie stuff I'd acquired along the way) to the database ( Read more... )

Yeah that site was apparently purged last year after it was acquired by https://comicbook.com/ - I only managed to track down the new link by looking at the comicbookdb Facebook page :/

Is there a good site where you can get info about comic book pricing? I realized that I have a lot of Batman from the early 90's that have just been sitting in a box. Lots of Star Trek too.

I actually haven’t attempted to sell any of my comics but I have used https://www.mycomicshop.com/ to buy used comics several times, and I know you can sell through them as well. Might be a good spot to get an idea what those issues are going for ( ... )
